Redirect Asset

Generate a fresh presigned URL and redirect to it.

No auth required — the S3 key is the secret (UUID-based, non-guessable). Used by Excel export: hyperlink cells point here so clicking them always gets a fresh, working URL regardless of when the file was generated or how long the original presigned URL would have lasted. Also used as a forced-download hook (download=1) by product UIs.
