Get App Metrics

Per-app usage + revenue rollup for the admin Usage & Revenue tab.

Reads ledger_transactions filtered on metadata->>'app_slug'=:slug and action_type IN ('app_charge', 'app_charge_refund', 'app_usage'). Returns total revenue + charge/refund counts + unique users + a daily time-series + per-user table + per-unit-kind breakdown.

Period whitelist: 30d | 90d | 365d. Anything else 400s — the aggregation cost grows linearly so we don't accept arbitrary ranges.
