Admin Debug Lookup

Search agents and sessions by team name, user email, or agent identity.

Returns two parallel lists (agents and sessions) plus totals, for the Session Debug admin UI to render as tabs. At least one of team_name, user_email, agent_id, or agent_name must be provided. Multiple filters AND together.
