Tryon Editing Lookup

Find image-editing projects by owner email / id, or by exact editing-project id — INCLUDING standalone uploads (source_kind='upload') that no per-project view can reach. Reuses the customer _build_project_response (presigns the source image + joins parent-table context), adding the owner email. Newest-first.
