Usdt Notify

Bepusdt 支付异步通知回调（无需认证——Bepusdt 服务器调用）。

流程:

  1. 解析 JSON body
  2. verify_usdt_signature() 验签
  3. 查 payment_orders WHERE out_trade_no = order_id
  4. 跳过已支付订单（防重复）
  5. order_type='per_use': 标记为已支付
  6. order_type='package': earn_credits() 充值 + 标记为已支付
  7. 返回 PlainTextResponse("ok")

⚠ 必须返回纯文本 "ok"，Bepusdt 才会确认通知成功（最多重试5次）
