Every receipt with its proof

The open dataset rows plus, for the open record and each resolved horizon, the canonical JSON that was hashed, the SHA-256 digest, the Bitcoin block height once upgraded, and the OpenTimestamps proof as base64. Machine tier: closed for now, so the route answers 503 with error tier_closed. When the tier opens it is paid per call over x402 and a 402 carries the price.
