Machine tier

The whole board at one moment

Every displayed asset with a score in the two hours before the given moment: the newest activity score, price, move and volume at or before it, sorted by activity score. Machine tier: closed for now, so the route answers 503 with error tier_closed. When the tier opens it is paid per call over x402 and a 402 carries the price.
