Set Portfolio Weight

Set optional exposure context without turning the watchlist into a brokerage.

Values are point-in-time percentages asserted by the investor. NULL clears an unknown/stale value, while zero explicitly says the security is not currently owned. Neither quantity, account, lot, cost basis nor target allocation is stored.
