Delete Me

Self-service deletion of the caller's own account -- distinct from the admin-only DELETE /{user_id} below. Cascades through existing FKs (watchlists, watchlist_tickers, theses, tokens). Authentication re-reads users on every request, so issued credentials lose access as soon as this commits.
