Cancel a pending template message

Cancel a queued, running, or previewing message. A queued message has not reached the model, so its reservation is released and message.credits is 0. A message that the model already started costs its reserved credits: message.credits shows the charge. A cancelled message never makes a draft. A charged cancel does not count toward the daily limit of failed or cancelled operations, and it counts as the first AI message of the chat.
