Read all-time render totals

Count the authenticated account's PDF and image renders across all time. Filters and pagination do not affect the totals. Successful renders still count after file expiry or deletion. Failed renders still count after removal from history. Queued and running renders count as in progress. Previews and cancelled renders do not count.
