Preview Skill From Source

Fetch a skill via the source's adapter without installing it.

Mirrors the shape of the skill_details MCP tool but exposed over HTTP for the catalog's preview drawer. Returns frontmatter + body + supporting_file_paths so the user can audit before clicking Install.
