Install From Source

Fetch a skill via the source's adapter and import it through SkillService.

Returns the created Skill row (as the standard SkillOut shape) on success, or 412 with allowed_tools / capabilities / side_effects when the trust gate fires (mirrors POST /api/skills/import behaviour).
