Request Run Input For Worker

Pause a currently-executing run so its caller can be asked a question (TOS-5382).

This is the reachable end of agent_triggers.request_run_input in production: awen-worker's execution loop (where a run's own turn actually runs, per this module's module docstring) is the one place that knows a run is running and mid-turn, so it is the caller of this endpoint, not awen-api. Locked to the same worker service-account trust boundary as /execute above; there is no user-facing surface for this because a caller never sets run status directly - it only ever supplies the answer, through the A2A message/send resume path in a2a_task_service.py.
