Execute Run For Worker

Execute one enqueued agent run synchronously and return its drain result.

Synchronous by design: keeping the request in flight is what guarantees allocated CPU and no mid-turn instance reclamation. run_pending_adhoc_once_background opens and closes its own isolated DB session, so no request-scoped session is used here.
