Retract Publication

Retract (unpublish) an integration template you published. Pass the publication_id (from list_integration_templates scope='mine'). This is a soft delete: the template stops appearing in the catalog and can no longer be installed, but copies people already installed keep working. Fails if you don't own the publication.
