List Requests

List incoming and/or outgoing connection requests for the calling or acting identity. Pass direction='incoming' or 'outgoing', status='pending', 'accepted', 'declined', 'cancelled', 'expired', or 'active' (pending plus declined or expired within the last 7 days), and include_owned_agents=True to include requests for owned agents.

Keyset-paginated, newest first (TOS-3280); pass the previous response's next_cursor to load older requests. 400 on a malformed cursor.
