Extend a repeating schedule's range

Move the Series' rangeEnd out to newRangeEnd (YYYY-MM-DD) and generate the Occurrences the rule produces in the new stretch; existing Occurrences are not touched. The range can only grow: an earlier newRangeEnd is 400 bad_request, as is a range over 3660 days from rangeStart or one that would produce more than 2000 Occurrences. Extending creates new dates, so an organization without a paid plan gets 402 upgrade_required and nothing is written. Generating dates notifies nobody. Returns the Series and the Occurrences just created.
