Delete a repeating schedule, keeping its dates as individual slots

Delete the signup's Slot Series. Nothing the participants see is destroyed: every Occurrence the Series had becomes an ordinary individual slot with its times, capacity and registrations (seriesId, seriesDate and shiftIndex are cleared). Cancelled Occurrences stay cancelled. After it the signup has no Series, so a new one can be created. Notifies nobody. released counts every Occurrence, cancelled ones included, and keptCancelled the cancelled subset. A Series that is not on this signup is 404 not_found and nothing is written.
