window_days snaps to 7/30/90. mods is per-moderator action counts (removals/approvals/dismissals/other) over the window; health is the current backlog plus the median seconds-to-resolution for reports resolved in the window; hourly is 24 UTC hour-of-day buckets of mod actions for spotting timezone coverage gaps.
