Join Video Screening

Create a Vapi web call for video screening - called when candidate clicks 'Join'.

This endpoint is called when the candidate is ready to join the video screening. It creates a Vapi web call on-demand (rooms expire quickly, ~30 seconds).

The candidate does NOT need to be authenticated - they join via a link.

Returns: webCallUrl: URL to redirect candidate to (vapi.daily.co room)
