Fetch the candidate-safe coding problem for this interview's coding SKILL round. The FE polls this every few seconds while in the call; the editor opens automatically the moment this returns 200.

204 means "no editor right now" — the FE stays in voice mode. Independent 204 paths:

• The interview has no job_role_id attached.
• interviewer_type != 'brain'.
• The interview is not a skill round (metadata.skill absent).
• The round's skill has no tool="code_editor" stage — product_sense, system_design and the other five non-coding skills never get an editor.
• The brain is not yet at the intro / code_editor tool stage.
• The codeval sandbox preflight failed (fail-before-hand-off — candidate never sees a broken editor).
