Terminal event for the candidate's attempt in a coding SKILL round. Assembles a BrainSignalEvent via codeval /signal and delivers it to brain /internal/brain-signal, where it lands on SessionState.specialist_events (SkillStrategy advances the code_editor stage on it; the judge scores the artifact at finalize). activity is forwarded opaquely to codeval; the brain never sees it.
