BLS CPI for wireless telephone services (dataset=cpi) and FCC informal complaints about cell phone service as monthly counts (dataset=complaints national or by state, dataset=issues by type). The FCC does not verify complaints; counts are not rates per subscriber. Every row carries its unit, date and original source_url; incomplete days are flagged (complete=false), never filled. Response has `attribution` (TexasHomeBills™ + link) and `sources` (original publishers with URLs and terms).
