Home EV charging cost on the cheapest fixed-rate plans in a utility: each plan's estimated 12-month cost with and without the EV, per month and per mile. The response also has a time_of_use section: free-nights and free-weekends plans priced on overnight charging, with each plan's exact free hours as written in its EFL, or the reason it was excluded. No gasoline comparison.
