List tasks

Tasks in projects the caller belongs to, ordered by position. Pass exclude_completed=true and read total to answer "how many open" questions in one call.

Query parameters

project_idstring uuid

Only tasks in this project.

workspace_idstring uuid

Only tasks in projects of this workspace.

assignee_idstring uuid

Only tasks assigned to this user.

status'not_started' | 'in_progress' | 'blocked' | 'completed'

Exact status.

priority'none' | 'low' | 'medium' | 'high' | 'urgent'

Exact priority.

due_beforestring date

Due on or before this date (inclusive).

due_afterstring date

Due on or after this date (inclusive).

include_subtasks'true' | 'false'

Default false: only top-level tasks are returned.

exclude_completed'true' | 'false'

Ignored when status is given. true = everything except completed.

searchstring

Case-insensitive substring match on the task title.

pageinteger

1-based page number.

per_pageinteger

Page size. Values above 1000 are clamped to 1000.
