Complete a task

Marks the task completed, moves it to the project's done column (the section named "Done" if present, else the first section whose name implies completed, e.g. "Finished" or "Shipped"), unblocks dependents whose remaining dependencies are all complete and notifies watchers. When the task carries a recurrence rule and has not spawned yet, the next occurrence is created and returned as next_occurrence (null otherwise).
