Which NSE symbol and ISIN a company carried on a date. status is resolved, no_identifier_on_date or out_of_coverage; identifiers holds, per identifier kind, the value, its state (present, or uncertain inside an unobserved bracket around a rename or ISIN change, where every plausible value is listed) and the observed range it held it. Pass the symbol the company trades as today; a date outside meta.coverage answers out_of_coverage, which is a coverage limit, not 'no identifiers'.
