List a pipeline's dispatches

Dispatch history for the pipeline, newest first, optionally for one node. Each row carries its frozen selection and projection plus items[] — the per-binding delivery-attempt summary joined through the outbox events' dispatch_id, so a dispatch shows where its payload actually went. Requires read scope.
