An issued invoice's PDF

The PDF of an issued invoice by its number, the file the Invoices page serves, named NUMBER_PERIOD-END.pdf (the name a client mail attaches it under). Requires the invoices:read scope and the workspace owner's token. Over MCP, invoice-pdf returns a 15-minute signed link to the same file instead.
