Download one honeypot_dns hourly parquet export

Download a specific hourly parquet snapshot for honeypot_dns by date and hour. Returns a 307 redirect to a presigned R2 URL valid for 24 hours.

Hourly snapshots are transient: an hour stays downloadable until its day's daily rollup completes (shortly after 00:30 UTC the next day, so yesterday's hours remain available in the window right after midnight). Once rolled up, hourly requests return 400 pointing at /export/{date}.

Required scope: HONEYPOT_DNS_FEED. Columns: timestamp, tunnel_id, domain, port, meta_proxy_ip, meta_server, meta_pool_id, meta_provider.
