Verify Installation

Verify if a sub-account has an active installation.

Checks Vault tokens as the source of truth for token freshness — the DB expires_at column is treated as best-effort metadata that may be stale.

Supports both location and agency installations:

  • First checks for location-specific installation
  • If not found and company_id is provided, checks for agency installation
