Handle Installation

Handle GHL OAuth callback when user installs the app

This endpoint:

  1. Receives OAuth tokens from GHL
  2. Stores installation record in Supabase (or cache if Supabase is down)
  3. Returns success response

Works even when Supabase is completely down by using cache-only mode.
