Cross-examination

End a session, optionally with a debrief

Requires the cross_exam scope. With debrief: true the app's debrief runs on the transcript; it is refused, with the reason in its text, when fewer than two questions were asked or too few were put as cross-examination. Free. Ending twice is harmless.
