Weather-Disruption-Risk along a corridor (Sugra derived)

The conditions-based Weather-Disruption-Risk index sampled along a great-circle corridor between two or more waypoints, with the worst stretch called out and a separate list of the hazards and convective advisories that intersect the corridor. Waypoints are lat,lon pairs or ICAO/IATA airport codes. The corridor is a SAMPLING GEOMETRY drawn by Sugra, not an airway, sea lane, cleared track or filed route, and this is not a routing or flight-planning product.
