Daily-index metadata browse (any form type)

Browse SEC EDGAR daily-index master.idx parsed metadata. Returns all filings on a given date matching the optional form code and CIK filters. For the high-value forms (Form 4/4-A, 8-K/A, SC 13D/G/A) the rows reflect deep-parse status (parse_attempted, parse_status). For PASSTHROUGH forms (10-K, 6-K, S-1, etc.) the rows carry master-idx metadata only - use form-specific endpoints for deep data. A date before the first held index answers 422 outside_retention_window naming that date; a date inside the held range with no index (weekend, holiday) answers 404 no_daily_index_for_date naming the held range; a date after the last held index may not be published yet and answers 503, retry after the next cycle.

Query parameters

formstring nullable

SEC form code filter (e.g. '4', '8-K', 'SC 13G', '10-K'). Case-insensitive. Omit to return all forms on the date.

datestring nullable

Date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to latest date with a master-idx blob.

cikstring nullable

Filter by CIK (zero-padded or unpadded). Returns empty list (200) when CIK has no filings on date.

limitinteger

Page size (1..1000).

offsetinteger

Pagination offset.
