Returns the subset of the macro catalog for a specific country. Same structure as /catalog - use this to discover available series before calling /{country}/{section} or /multi. A large country (us) has several hundred entries: narrow them with q or frequency and page them with limit and offset; the answer then also carries total.

Path parameters

country'us' | 'eu' | 'gb' | 'jp' | 'de' | 'fr' | 'it' | 'cn' | 'ca' | 'in' | 'kr' | 'au' required

Country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2/alpha-3) or slug.

Query parameters

qstring nullable

Optional keywords; every word must occur in the section, title, series ID or units (case-insensitive).

frequencystring nullable

Optional comma-separated frequencies: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual.

limitinteger nullable

Optional maximum entries to return. Omit for every matching entry.

offsetinteger nullable

Optional number of matching entries to skip (zero-indexed).

Response

FRED macro series available for the specified country with cache and transform policy.
