Covered ETF universe + per-symbol status

Changed on

List of US ETFs covered by the Sugra Finance fund-summary daily snapshot. Each entry carries the ticker, name, category, AUM rank, and a status flag (active / delisted_candidate / removed). The universe refreshes quarterly; the daily snapshot cycle populates last_snapshot_date and snapshot_count per symbol from the latest manifest.
