ETF spot quote from the exchange public delayed-quote feed

Live (15-min delayed) spot quote for one ETF underlier from the exchange public delayed-quote service - bid/ask, OHLC, volume, 30-day implied volatility, last-trade timestamp. Replaces the prior commercial live-quote fields (Tier C, now disabled) with the exchange-sourced Tier S equivalent. Ingest fires Mon-Fri 21:30 UTC (post-US-close + 15-min delay buffer). Returns 404 quote_unavailable when the ETF is not on the exchange delayed-quote feed.

Returns 410 Gone when this symbol's universe row records that it stopped trading - delisted with the filing date of the fund's own Form 25, or renamed naming the ticker the fund continues under. This route serves the RAW quote blob, so without that check a fund whose feed froze years ago would keep answering from it - the same stale-price defect the snapshot path closes, reached through a different door.
