Revoke Admin Consent

Clears Stuut's record of Microsoft admin consent — the consent timestamp and the recorded scopes — so Stuut no longer treats the org as consented. Existing Nylas grants are left intact.

Note: this only clears Stuut's state. The Entra-side grant lives in the customer's tenant; true removal is done by their admin in the Entra portal. Until then, a provider-health probe may re-detect consent and re-populate these fields.
