Get Secondary Profile Status

The business unit's Twilio Secondary Profile verification status. Served from what Twilio last pushed to the /trust-hub callback; a status Twilio could still change is re-read live so a missed callback repairs itself. Best-effort: returns a null status when the BU has no profile, the org has no sub-account, or Twilio is unreachable. Requires organization admin.
