Provision Secondary Profile

Turn an existing business unit into its own legal entity, so its numbers assert its CNAM and attestation rather than the organization's. POST /business-units takes the same payload at creation; this is the only way to add one afterwards.

Twilio review takes one to two business days. Numbers can be attached to the profile while it is pending — they activate on approval.
