Choose Business Language

Choose what the whole board reads, or hand it back to the location.

ONE WORD IN THE BUSINESS'S OWN RECORD — language: in the root _meta.md, beside the timezone: it overrides. Not a browser preference: every person's board and the agent that writes this shop's pages read the same file, so a choice made once is a choice made for the business. null takes the word OUT (absence, never language: auto), and the language follows the location again.
