Place Station

Move a place down the rail, or take it off the rail without losing it.

A SHIPPED PLACE IS MOVED BY BEING OVERRIDDEN, NOT BY EDITING OURS. The rail merges harnesses/workspace/ with the shop's tree and the shop's copy wins by name, so a shop reordering a place we ship gets its own _meta.md with the new rank committed to its own tree — and our template is untouched for every other shop on the box. Same override place_view writes for a screen.
