A KIND IS NOT A FOLDER, and that is the whole reason this exists beside the station read. Calls are filed under the person they belong to: 109 sit in worker/local/calls/, 41 more under customer/robert-liu/calls/, and more wherever the next caller lands. Listing a directory would find one pile and silently miss the rest, so the query is kind: in the frontmatter and the location is left to the agent — which is what lets it reorganise the tree without breaking a surface.

PROJECTED, NOT WHOLE. A row needs a title, a party and a time; a call transcript is thousands of words. Bodies arrive when one is opened (path=), never a hundred at a time to draw a list.
