Add an email to the Starlink audience in Resend.

Never fails the caller on a Resend error: the email gate's only exit is a 2xx from here, so a Resend rejection or rate-limit would otherwise wall a visitor out of every /starlink page. The address still reaches the signups channel below, flagged, so a failed add can be redone by hand.
