Explore Geo Module

A coordinate-anchored "Explore nearby" rail — the Saved tab's Nearby context pill (home base, or a GPS 'here now' fix). Takes a raw point, not a place or a ladder label: the H3 hex plane is keyed by location, so a fix is all it needs (no reverse-geocode, no city-string round trip). fix_source says whether that point is really the user: only a live GPS fix earns the "from you" distances, and the default ("other" — home base, or a trip-destination stand-in) is stamped with nothing. Empty items (never 404) when nothing's around — the client hides the rail.
