Send a business message

Changed on

Sends a support or compliance message as the signed-in member of the current business. Supply a new message_id for each message. After an uncertain response, check the message list for that ID before retrying. Repeated sends can repeat support notifications; this operation does not provide idempotency-key replay. Optional content_docs carry base64-encoded attachments. A successful response acknowledges storage; it does not confirm that support has read the message.
