List an e-signature envelope's timeline (business)

Returns the timeline of one of the caller's business's envelopes, oldest first, with the acting member's name resolved at read time: at most the 500 most recent stored entries, less copies from another source of an occurrence recorded within two minutes of each other; a paired viewed entry may show the copy's earlier time. When the timeline is whole, total_count equals the page; when older entries were left out, total_count is the number of stored entries and exceeds the page. Another business's envelope and a nonexistent id answer the same 404 (document_not_found).
