Request service change

Creates a service change request (a support ticket) for the given service, optionally with an accompanying message and files.

A main account may also create the request on behalf of one of its own sub-accounts by passing sub_id.

Possible errors

  • 422 - Validation error: a required parameter is missing or invalid. Returned as a list of field errors.

  • CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND - sub_id does not belong to the authenticated main account.

  • NOT_FOUND - The service was not found or does not belong to the target customer.

  • INVALID_INPUT_DATA - The target service is part of a bundle, or the request could not be created.

ID of the tariff the customer wants to switch to.

serviceIdnumber double required

ID of the service to change.

serviceType'internet' | 'voice' | 'custom' | 'recurring' required

Type of the service.

startDatestring date required

Date the customer wants the new tariff from.

messagestring required

Accompanying message from the customer.

sub_idnumber double

Direct sub-account to request the change for. Required only when a main account requests a change on behalf of its sub-account.
